A natural extension of our accounting services
We have seen the need for a more proactive approach to HR over the last 14 years of advising clients on all things finance, says Luan van Rhyn, CEO of ThriveCFO. Even though we have a fairly good knowledge of the HR regulations, clients usually only contact us once there is some sort of challenge to be sorted out, Luan adds.
The HRSpot team provides a consultative service and constantly guides and monitors their clients’ efforts, to not only remain compliant but to also engage their staff in a much more proactive manner. Even though HR is a very focused service, I have found during my 20 years in this space, that clients significantly underestimate how integrated HR is, says Carina Robberts, MD of HRSpot.
Almost every decision we make during a Human Resource consultation or implementation, affects the financials of the business, at some or other level. We have typically found this to be quite challenging in the past, as accounting and finance is not necessarily our forte, Carina smiles.
